We specialise in online injury and surgery rehabilitation programs for the fitness enthusiast, endurance athlete and sports person.
OUR STORY
Ever since I began my career as a Physiotherapist, I have felt the need to have patients do their rehab with perfection.
After much frustration with using bits of paper to draw exercises, I started creating photos and videos with instructions.
My own ACL Surgery and Rehab The turning point was suffering my own ACL injury and then subsequent reconstructive surgery. Going through this process gave birth to my first online rehab program. We then started using the clinic's clients in the videos, which helped people with motivation and confidence seeing others do the same thing. |

However, I felt that there was not enough of this type of software that was specific enough across the globe and so I then created more and more injury and surgery specific rehabilitation programs.
physiorehab.com now enables people from all parts of the world to do their rehab just like I give my own clients.
The need for a home program with correct exercise prescription instruction with consistency and precision, as well as progression of exercises and maintaining ongoing rehab, was key in the success of our clients. The use of video was crucial in enabling people to do exactly what we did in the clinic at home where they would follow along and get their rehab done right, every time.
A Team Effort
I needed a helping hand, in the form of my brother Mike. I also needed someone who had my best interests at heart and who I could trust and count on. Mike and I grew up with computers at a very young age, but I was always the science and art person of the family, and my brother was the maths and technology guy. We have worked together over many hours, weeks and years to create our my online platform to put all the exercises in a format for patients to access.
Still working full-time as a Physiotherapist in our Sydney clinic with my team has allowed me to be at the cutting edge of rehab, always trying new exercises and testing them day-to-day on real clients to see what is the best and most effective form of rehabilitation for each condition. The online programs are a product of the tens of thousands of hours with clients in the clinic, constantly improving cueing, technique and progression levels for literally hundreds and hundreds of exercises. The exercises, programs and videos are now constantly being updated and improved to help as many people as possible in their rehabilitation journey.

There are simply just not enough people doing the right rehab exercises in the right way. We aim to change that by expanding our platform and reach across the globe, creating a pathway for successful injury and surgery rehabilitation.
Our goal is to continually increase and refine our exercises and programs, covering more injury and surgical conditions. By undertaking this process, we will improve the outcomes in rehabilitation and raise the benchmark in Physiotherapy worldwide.
