E3 | Tricep Extension (AP Powerband)

The power band enables a posterior glide effect of the humerus on the ulnar in the elbow joint to help stretch the tissues around the elbow and reduce posterior impingement into extension. Adding on active extension using the triceps further improves glide over the passive version. Works well when the triceps are stronger enough the move the joint into extension.
