E1 | Forearm Supination-Pronation - Supine


Active range of movement for the forearm and radio-ulnar joints - initial movement following injury or surgery to the elbow or shoulder, especially if the arm has been in a sling for extended eriods of time.

Demonstration and Instructions






Lying in supine (take your arm out of the sling it its in a sling). Bend your elbow to 90 deg and gentle rotate your hand (therefore rotating your forearm) all the way one way and then all the way the other way.
