This is a great eccentric exercise for the wrist extensors. It is good to help strengthen the forearm muscles, while loading the extensor tendons to help with Tennis Elbow. |
Hold a towel out in front of you with both hands. Keeping the elbows straight, wring the towel out by gripping the towel and twisting it in opposite directions, where one wrist will extend and the other will flex. Reverse this movement and wring the towel out the other way. Repeat. |
