EXERCISE USE

INSTRUCTIONS
Standing on one leg on a step, have the opposite leg in mid air and slowly squat on one leg. As you squat, slowly shift othe opposite leg outwards, keeping it just above the heght of the box. Make sure you keep you knee in line with your foot and not cave the kne inwards.

SPECIAL NOTES
Don't move your let outwards all the way the start - you are aiming to gradually move it out as you squat down.
