EXERCISE USE

INSTRUCTIONSEnsure BOSU is on a stable surface. Step one foot onto the middle of the BOSU first, then the other straight on the back. Once steady, ensure glutes and thigh muscles are switched on, stabilise on one leg and squat down on that leg whilst moving the other leg slowly away from you sideways as you squat down, keeping your foot above the height of the BOSU |
