INSTRUCTIONS
Lying on your back, find neutral spine and engage core. Lift legs into table top position. Using your core to control the movement, keep hips steady and feet in same position, slowly move one knee out to the side away from mid-line. Ensure you do not allow hips to rock to one side or foot to drop out too far.
