Pull the arm you want to stretch across your body horizontally and hold.
Special NotesDo not let your shoulder hike up towards your ear, keep the shoulder down and maintain the space between your ear and shoulder. If you feel a pinch at the front of your shoulder, try adjust the angle until you feel a stretch at the back, and no pinch at the front. |
